I work Mon – Fri and bring lunch every day so I need something I can prep and store in a fridge for 5 hours a day. I’m not too concerned about taste or flavor, as I’m not a picky eater. More go looking for cheap& healthy.
I burn about 1300 -1 500 calories per day from work and workout. I’m currently 32, 6′ 2″, and about 200 lbs. Looking to slim down to 180 -1 70 ish over the next 6 months or so ).
I love all veggies except raw tomatoes and beets. I’m looking for a weekly grocery list, and maybe even some recipes for lunches of anyone has any. I’m a sucker for steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
